About our name — we sell homes, we don’t rent them out
“Leasing” is in our name, but leasing isn’t what we do. Every home on this site is for sale with owner financing. If you’re looking for a rental, we’re not the right fit — if you want to buy a home and own it, call us.
What we do
Reddirt Leasing LLC has been in business since 2017 and is owned and operated out of the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. We buy homes across the Oklahoma City metro — including south OKC, Del City, and surrounding neighborhoods — and sell them to local buyers with financing provided by us.
Some homes are fully remodeled with new systems throughout. Others are sold as-is at a lower price for buyers who want to put in their own work. Either way, the sales price, $5,000 down, and monthly payment are listed up front on every home — no guessing.
We do not have a physical office in Oklahoma City. Our team works out of the DFW metroplex, and the fastest way to reach us is always by phone or email below.
